Tomahawk Pork Chops
Serves 2 - Boom!

Ingredients
2 pork chops
4 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame chili oil
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Kosher salt
Freshly ground pepper
Directions
In bowl, mix marinade ingredients
coat raw chops with marinade, store in the fridge for 2-3 hours
Heat a heavy skillet to high, sear the pork chops and cook on each side until they’re done or until
145 degrees Fahrenheit
eat!
