I don’t have a video for this recipe.
If I had a photo, I would most certainly use it. That is... unless the photo I have sucks. For now, you'll just have to picture a big heaping helping of
Stuffing Wings
...in your mind.

Stuffing Wings

Even though I only really have turkey once a year, the stuffing has pretty much always been my favorite part. Well, now whether it's thanksgiving or not, we have a new way to enjoy stuffing - all year round.

Makes 16-20 wings

Ingredients

  • 1 - 6 ounce box stuffing mix (like Stove Top, or any other)
  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1-2 teaspoons Kosher salt
  • 1-2 teaspoons dried sage
  • 1/3 cup any bbq sauce
  • 1/3 cup canned cranberry

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375
  2. Completely crush the stuffing mix (a processor wouldn't be a bad idea as large pieces will fall off) then put into a bowl
  3. Put the flour in another, and the eggs in a 3rd
  4. Dry the wings well with paper towels, then season both sides with the salt and sage
  5. Dredge (coat) them in the flour (shaking off excess) then into the egg and finally coat them well with the stuffing mix - pressing to ensure it sticks.
  6. Put in the air fryer, spray the tops with cooking spray, and cook 8 minutes, then flip, spray again and cook 7-8 minutes more or until an instant read thermometer reaches anywhere between 180 & 200. For an oven, preheat to 400 and try 20 minutes a side until done.
  7. While they cook, combine the bbq and cranberry sauces mixing well
  8. Serve with the sauce on the side
