Combine butter, sriracha, garlic and honey in a bowl and mix well - put 1/3 of the mixture in a small pot over low heat

Dry the turkey well, then rub the remaining softened butter on both sides, mostly concentrating on the skin side
Cook until an instant read thermometer reaches 165 degrees in the thickest part of the breast - if it starts to get dark in spots, use pieces of foil to cover them
