Shrimp with Harissa Mayo

Ingredients
1 pound raw shelled, deveined, tail-off shrimp (size: 16/20)
6 green onions
1 tablespoon Chosen Foods Avocado Oil
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
2 tablespoons Chosen Foods Avocado Oil Harissa Mayonnaise
Directions
Cut shrimp & green onions into bite size pieces
Heat a wok or non-stick pan on high
Just as the pan starts smoking, drizzle in oil and add shrimp, onions and salt
Stir quickly until shrimp are cooked almost all the way – 1 to 2 minutes
Add the harissa mayo and stir another 30 seconds
Serve over steamed rice.
