Shredded Beef Sandwich
Less than 10 minutes active time, and about an hour of sitting on your hands yields these oh-so great sandwiches. And if you don't want a sandwich - throw it on some mashed potatoes. Because either way ur gonna be really happy in a hurry.
Season well with salt & pepper, and put into the pressure cooker with the stock, beer, soup mix and garlic – give a gentle mix
Seal, set to high pressure for 50 minutes, and make sure top vent is turned to ‘pressure’
While it does combine the bbq sauce and mustard
When the 50 minutes is done, let the pressure release naturally
To make a sandwich, toast bun, add some sauce, shredded beef and provolone (put under the broiler to melt the cheese if you like) top with chips and the top bun
