Bread
- 3 cups all purpose flour, sifted
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 pound, cooked crispy bacon, chopped (save a little for serving)
- 2.5 cups shredded cheese, any kind (I used Monterey jack)
- 12 ounces beer, any will work
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
For the French Toasting part:
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream or milk
- 1 tablespoon Grand Marnier
- Butter
- Hot honey
