I don’t have a video for this recipe.
If I had a photo, I would most certainly use it. That is... unless the photo I have sucks. For now, you'll just have to picture a big heaping helping of
Plum & Gran Marnier Crisp
...in your mind.

Ingredients
2 pounds plums, the riper the better
3 cups granola, without raisins - I use cereal granola
Juice of 1/2 lemon
3 tablespoons Gran Marnier
1/2 cup softened butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 325
Peel plums - to do this, drop plums into boiling water for about aminute - run under cool water and the skins should just slip off
Slice plums into wedges and put in a large bowl
Mix 1 cup of the granola, lemon juice and Gran Marnier in with the plums
Put the 2 remaining cups of granola and 6 tablespoons butter into a processor and mix well
Put fruit mixture in bottom of buttered baking dish
Cover with mix from processor and dot the top with remaining butter
Bake for 30 minutes, then give it a minute or two under the broiler to get it a little brown
Serve warm or room temp - but definitely serve it with lots of whipped cream
