Trim bottom of sprouts, slice in half, put in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt & pepper - toss then spread out on a parchment lined baking sheet
Scatter around garlic and roast 20 to 30 minutes until tender and golden brown at the edges
Put back in bowl, add the bacon, give a light drizzle of balsamic and toss to mix
