I don’t have a video for this recipe.
If I had a photo, I would most certainly use it. That is... unless the photo I have sucks. For now, you'll just have to picture a big heaping helping of
One Pot Brats
...in your mind.

Ingredients
1 white or yellow onion, thinly sliced
1 green pepper seeded and sliced thin
3 tbs butter
2 bottles of beer, dark is nice but whatever you have or like
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 tablespoon fresh ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 pack, uncooked bratwurst, which is typically a 5 pack for some weird reason - but the cooking liquid could accommodate up to 8
As many sandwich rolls as brats
Mustard, for serving
Directions
In large throw away foil pan (if ur doing this on a grill) add onion, green pepper and butter
Cook over medium heat until veggies soften and get lightly brown
Next add beer, sugar, vinegar, pepper and red pepper flakes to the pan and mix well
Bring to a boil, turn down to a simmer and add the brats and cook 10 - 15 minutes, or until roughly 160 degrees
When they're ready, toast the buns and top with the mustard, the brat and some of the onions and peppers
