KBBQ Chicken Legs

Ingredients
Dry Rub
2 tablespoons Kosher salt
1 tablespoon coarse ground black pepper
1 tablespoon coriander
1 tablespoon gochugaru (Korean red pepper powder) or chili powder
2-3 pounds chicken legs, about 10
Sauce
1/2 cup gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons fish sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/4 cup steak sauce
2 tablespoons gochugaru or chili powder
2 tablespoons neutral oil
Directions
Combine dry rub ingredients, mix to combine and season chicken
Preheat smoker or oven to 300, put on chicken and cook to 175 degrees
While it cooks, combine sauce ingredients - mix well
When the chicken reaches 175, brush with the sauce, then put back and cook another 10-15 minutes or until sticky
