Kale Chips

Ingredients
1 bunch kale
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper, for sprinkling
Directions
Preheat oven to 275
Wash and pat dry kale
Remove any thick stems
Tear the leaves into 2 inch piece and place on a baking sheet
Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and spread out evenly
Bake 20 minutes or until crisp - you don’t want them brown
Remove, cool slightly and serve
