Ice Coffee Granita

Ice Coffee Granita

Makes about 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups ‘ready brewed’ iced coffee
  • 1/2 cup of your favorite dairy sweetener

Directions

  1. Combine the coffee and sweetener – mix
  2. Pour into an ice cube tray and freeze
  3. Take the tray out of the freezer about 10 minutes before serving
  4. Add as many cubes as you like to a processor, and whiz until you have a beautiful, slushy & icy texture
  5. Spoon into a pretty glass and serve
