If I had a photo, I would most certainly use it. That is... unless the photo I have sucks. For now, you'll just have to picture a big heaping helping of
Sour cream, goat cheese, Alouette soft cheese spread - pretty much anything you like
Chopped parsley
Directions
Chicken
Season both sides of chicken well with salt & pepper, then sprinkle with flopur on both sides
Melt butter with oil in a large pan over medium high heat, and add the thighs skin side down
Cook until skin is golden brown, flip over snd cook another couple minutes then remove to a plate
Turn down to medium, put in the onions and cook about 3 minutes, then add the garlic and when fragrant add the mushrooms and cook, stirring gently 5-6 minutes
Add the wine, stir to mix with everything and let it bubble away for a couple of minutes until most of it is evaporated
Stir in tomato paste, tomatoes, chicken stock and capers - bring to a boil and add the thyme and chicken
Cover, turn down to a simmer and cook 15 minutes, then remove the lid and cook uncovered 10 minutes to let the liquid reduce
Serve topped with some parsley
Mashed Potatoes
Cook potato flakes according to package directions, BUT substitute the chicken broth for water
Then add a couple tablespoons of oil, the sour cream or cheese and parsley
