I don’t have a video for this recipe.
If I had a photo, I would most certainly use it. That is... unless the photo I have sucks. For now, you'll just have to picture a big heaping helping of

Hot Butter Garlic Wings

The full name is Crispy Air Fryer Hot Honey Butter Garlic Wings, it's too long - but it does says it all. And if you're comparing to the video, the recipe makes more sauce

Makes about 2 dozen wings

Ingredients

Wings

  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs - if you don't have panko any breadcrumbs will work, but pank are waaaay better
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 4 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Approximately 6-8 ounces sparkling water or club soda
  • 2 dozen wings, flats or drums - it's all you

Sauce

  • 1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
  • 2 tablespoons garlic paste, or 4 cloves minced
  • 1/2 cup hot honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes or to taste
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1/3 cup any bbq sauce

Directions

Wings

  1. Preheat air fryer to 380
  2. Put breadcrumbs in one large bowl, and remaining dry ingredients in another
  3. Mix dry ingredients well to combine, then slowly drizzle in the soda - you're looking for a consistency like a thin-ish pancake batter
  4. Dip wings into the wet side, then coat with breadcrumbs, put into the air fryer and cook 15 minutes

Sauce

  1. While the wings cook, put all sauce ingredients into a small pot over medium heat, bring to a simmer and cook about a minute - setaside
  2. When the wings are done, you know what to do - either drizzle in the deliciousness, or use the sauce for dunking
