2 tablespoons ginger paste, or about 1 inch minced fine
5 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1.5 cups chicken broth
Green onions to garnish
Optional: dried minced onion
Directions
Rinse rice until water runs clear and put into the bowl of a rice cooker
Put oyster sauce, soy, garlic, ginger in a bowl, mix well and add chicken to coat
Pour the broth over the rice, add the chicken and all the sauce, then close and turn on the rice cooker for a normal, white rice setting (if it has one)
When it's done, away you go: rice, some cut up chicken and a little green onion and onion if you have
