Green Chili Cornbread Waffles

Ingredients

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoon melted butter
  • One 8.5 ounce box Jiffy Cornbread muffin mix
  • 1/4 cup diced green
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • ‍Optional 1 cup leftover pulled pork

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well to combine
  2. Makes waffles, and served topped with pork and a fried egg
