Greek Yogurt Egg Muffins
Makes 12 muffins

Ingredients
6 eggs
1 cup Greek yogurt
¾ cup shredded cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup diced, cooked & crispy bacon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Whisk the eggs in a medium bowl, then add the remaining ingredients – stir well to combine
Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full and bake for 20-25minutes, or until the muffins are set and no longer jiggly
Let cool a few minutes before removing
