Fried Rice & Dumplings

Fried Rice & Dumplings

Makes 3-4 servings

Ingredients

  • 16 frozen dumplings (any kind you’d like)
  • 20 ounces frozen fried rice
  • 10 ounces your choice any other frozen veggies
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1-2 teaspoons sesame oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Put the frozen dumplings in a single layer on a baking sheet, lightly spray with oil, and bake 15-20 minutes, or until heated through and beginning to get crispy
  3. While they cook, add a couple tablespoons of oil to a large pan or wok over medium heat, and when almost smoking add the rice & veggies – cook, stirring often until done, 12-15 minutes
  4. When just done, add the soy and sesame oil – mix well
  5. Serve with the dumplings
