I know I know...you're thinking this is barely a recipe, and you're not too wrong. But that's the beauty of the freezer aisle - cook em, throw em together and bingo...straight simple deliciousness. The size of the packages you use depends on how many you need to serve.

Makes as much as you need

Ingredients

  • Frozen mac and cheese, cooked according to package directions
  • Frozen buffalo cauliflower, cooked according to package directions
  • Sliced mozzarella cheese, cooked according to package directions

Directions

  1. Combine mac & cauliflower in the macaroni & cheese package
  2. Top with mozzarella slices, and eith bake or cover with foil and heat indirect on the grill until melted
