Asian Meatball Stroganoff

Ingredients
18 ounces frozen meatballs
1 tablespoon oil
10 ounces frozen Asian veggies (the microwave-in-a-bag kind), defrosted
12 ounces beef gravy
2 teaspoons soy sauce, dark if you have it
3-4 tablespoon Asian chili sauce
8 ounces sour cream
8 ounces yakisoba noodles, cooked
Directions
Cook meatballs in oven according to package directions, set aside
Put oil in a large pan over medium high heat, and when hot added the defrosted veggies – stir well to get a bit of color
Add the gravy, soy and chili sauce – mix well to combine
Stir in the sour cream, and when smooth, add the noodles – mix, toss and serve
