Asian Meatball Stroganoff

Asian Meatball Stroganoff

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 18 ounces frozen meatballs
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 10 ounces frozen Asian veggies (the microwave-in-a-bag kind), defrosted
  • 12 ounces beef gravy
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce, dark if you have it
  • 3-4 tablespoon Asian chili sauce
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 8 ounces yakisoba noodles, cooked

Directions

  1. Cook meatballs in oven according to package directions, set aside
  2. Put oil in a large pan over medium high heat, and when hot added the defrosted veggies – stir well to get a bit of color
  3. Add the gravy, soy and chili sauce – mix well to combine
  4. Stir in the sour cream, and when smooth, add the noodles – mix, toss and serve
  5. Boom
