I don’t have a video for this recipe.
If I had a photo, I would most certainly use it. That is... unless the photo I have sucks. For now, you'll just have to picture a big heaping helping of

Air Fried Beef Back Ribs

Weeknight ribs, in slightly more than 30 minutes? No problemo my friends when you use an air fryer. The longest part of this will be cleaning all the rib delciousness off your face after.

Ingredients

Rub

  • 2 tablespoons ground coffee
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons chipotle chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked salt
  • 1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper

Ribs

  • 2-3 pounds beef back ribs
  • Soy paste for binder - but could be regular soy, mustard, mayo even sriracha
  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 1/3 cup bbq sauce
  • 3 tablespoons sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons soy paste

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 325
  2. Put coffee, sugar, garlic powder, chili powder, salt & pepper in a small bowl - mix well
  3. Remove membrane from back of ribs - this is pretty optional and will not wreck anything if you don't
  4. Rub ribs with binder, then sprinkle well with the coffee rub
  5. Cut the ribs so they fit, put into the air fryer and cook 35 minutes, flipping halfway
  6. Make sauce: combine mayo, bbq sauce, sriracha and soy paste - mix well
  7. After approximately 35 minutes, or wb
  8. Done and done
