Raspberry & Cream Cheese Won Tons
Makes 24 - Amazingly good and easy - but also amazingly hot. Let them cool down.
Mix cream cheese & jam in bowl well, then put in fridge for about 20 minutes
Preheat oven to 400
Put about 2 teaspoons of the mix in the center of each wrapper
Dip your finger into a little water, then lightly moisten the edges of each wrapper, fold in half - try to remove as much air as possibleSeal tightly and place won tons on baking sheet
Bake until they start to brown - about 15 to 20 minutes and remove from oven
Let cool a bit, then dust lightly with powdered sugar, and serve alone or with ice cream
