Chipotle Lime Sour Cream

Makes 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 chipotle pepper from a can (about a tablespoon) minced fine - but notice it’s not ‘one can of them, it’s just one’ as they’re hot
  • 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro

  1. Mix well sour cream, chipotle, lime juice and cilantro in small bowl
