Baked Dills
Serves 4

Ingredients
1 jar sliced dill pickles, drained
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/2 - 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
3 eggs, beaten
Directions
Preheat oven to 400
Remove moisture from pickles with paper towels
In large bowl mix dry ingredients
Coat pickles in beaten egg
Scoop pickles out (discard remaining eggs) add pickles to breadcrumb mix, coat well
Place single layer of pickles on large non stick baking sheet, cook for 10 minutes, flip and cook another 5 minutes
